Cement boards were installed in the shower area. Plumbing fixtures and location were updated. The darker gray tile complemented the color of the walls. The wood accent vanity along with a modern sink, led mirror, and porcelain tile revitalized the look of this bathroom.

New plumbing lines were installed along with porcelain tile, and new fixtures. New vanity with marble countertop and modern led mirrors complemented a luxury look. The separating wall was reduced and frameless shower glass was installed.

This process included installing new flooring, dry wall, vanity, mirror. A modern luxury tub was installed, along with a curbless shower. The bathroom was complemented with a double pane window, and modified ceiling lights. The old tile was replaced with modern porcelain tile per the owner’s choice.

The outdated countertop was replaced with a white marble custom countertop. Same appliances were put in place per the client’s request.

The island was painted white to match the cabinets color. The hanging lights were replaced with modern ones to complete this kitchen with a brand new look. The existing flooring was removed, the room self leveled, new flooring installed, giving this kitchen a modern look, and revitalizing it’s appearance .

Dark grey luxury cabinets were installed along the perimeter, complemented by marble countertops and gold hardware. A central island was added per client’s request. High-end modern appliances, including a double oven and refrigerator were integrated on the design, along with stylish pendant lighting.
